Chris James brings extensive leadership experience managing large residential care services, often overseeing homes supporting 70+ residents. Under his leadership, services have focused on person-centred care, strong governance and building positive team cultures. Inspection feedback across services he has led has highlighted warm, respectful environments where people are treated as individuals — never “just a door number.” Residents have described feeling valued, supported and able to make their own choices about daily routines, from when they get up to how they spend their day. Teams have been praised for being approachable, compassionate and creating environments described as welcoming, comfortable and even “like staying in a hotel.”

Matt James has a background in care and operational leadership, including managing hospitality and nutrition within care settings. With a strong focus on wellbeing and everyday comforts, Matt understands how important good food, familiar faces and consistent routines are to a person’s quality of life. His approach ensures care is always delivered with dignity, kindness and genuine respect.
